Born among the roses in Tyler, Texas, Ramona Bullard Tipton is a sixth generation Texan. Her father, Doyle Bullard was instrumental in her love of literature. Her work as a hairstylist/salon owner led to her humanistic study of life and creative writing. She enjoys a settled life with her husband, Troy and extended family and friends in Dallas. This author's mission is to make a positive difference in the lives of children and adults who suffer with learning differences such as Dyslexia and A.D.D. by changing the general public's impression of them. Her books reach out to the reader by drawing them in with an entertaining story while reminding them of the hero's condition.
Ramona Tipton, through her writing, is committed to changing the way the world sees people with learning differences. They are not to be made fun of or even pitied, but are heros who struggle beside us everyday without complaint. Their handicap is invisible. In her books the heros always have Dyslexia and sometimes A.D.D. This is meant to gently reinforce the idea that everyone can live up to their full potential, and even save the day while doing so!
